The Challenge: to build the Management Team of the Future
4 modules in 4 different countries, one week each module, 20 high potentials from South East Europe.
Using the most cutting edge methodologies and approaches, 20 high potentials tackled real challenges for the company, while learning how to work together and lead together in the new economy.
The program won 2 awards from the HR Awards and the HR Excellence Awards

My speech "CX 101: the why, the what and the how" is about getting a good understanding of Customer Experience, why it is important for an organisation, what it means and how to start walking the CX path. I will be speaking to Executives in Operations and Supply Chain and we will try to understand the role of Operations and Supply Chain in delivering a differentiated Customer Experience.
